Ryan Pitylak has spent the past 15 years creating innovative methods to drive superior results from digital advertising. As the CEO of Unique Influence, a leading digital marketing consultancy, he leads his team to excellence by merging creative advertising techniques with a data-driven and iterative approach. By constantly working to surpass established advertising methods and creative best practices, Ryan delivers ROI-focused results for high-velocity companies. Previously to Unique Influence, Ryan managed a team at ProfitFuel (Yodle) who provided SEO and PPC services to over 10,000 businesses. Ryan also founded and served as the President of Excellent Suggestion, a demand generation consulting company, where he provided internet marketing consulting services to some of the most successful consumer-based online businesses in Austin, including HomeAway.com. Ryan received his BA in Philosophy and Economics and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chantal Pittman's career spans 18 years in consulting, venture capital and the start-up world. This allows her to bring a unique sense of organization, urgency and results-orientation to managing projects for our clients and gives her an ability to dive into any business to help improve their overall online presence, product suite, marketing and brand position. Chantal started her career consulting for Cap Gemini where she worked in strategy, marketing and operations projects for major multinational corporations. She subsequently worked in venture capital – performing technical and financial due diligence for start-up companies including early internet search company Inktomi, online gaming companies and online catalog retailers. She co-founded OnePoint Communications and io Lighting where she ran operations, finance and product development. Chantal received both her BS and MS degrees in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She also received her MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Logan Braman leads the creative and strategic efforts at Unique Influence. He spent five years as a designer, writer, and editor at various publications before making the switch to social. For the last five years he’s worked at Unique Influence to build out the social strategy and creative offerings for the agency. In that time, he’s worked with more than 150 clients to create authentic experiences that drive business results.
Kaitlyn Czajkowski leads the Ecommerce team at Unique Influence and has spent the last two years working with large and small ecommerce retailers, including OXO, Beachbody, Tuckernuck, and One Kings Lane. Prior to Unique Influence, Kaitlyn worked at Engage in Washington D.C., where she managed paid advertising campaigns for a variety of advocacy groups and Fortune 500 companies. Kaitlyn thrives on partnering with clients to solve problems and drive business results in the ever-evolving world of social advertising.
Michael Dobson is the social team lead for the New York office. Michael works on clients for branding and direct response oriented campaigns for clients like E*Trade, truth, CTCA and more. Prior to his role at Unique Influence, Michael was the Digital Marketing Manager at Michaels where he managed a $6M marketing budget. Michael builds strong relationships with his clients by diving deep into the business goals to craft a holistic social strategy.
David Finn is the gaming team lead at Unique Influence, and has been with the company for three years. He is responsible for driving quality users, revenue, and brand awareness for 15+ major gaming studios including Ludia, Gungho, Zynga and Tinyco. Prior to Unique Influence, David specialized in paid search marketing at iProspect where he worked with clients like Reliant Energy and Kaspersky Anti-Virus. David is a results oriented advertiser who uses data to educate his decisions and drive client success.
Adam Gerber leads the team that is responsible for some of the biggest brand campaigns at Unique Influence, including our current work with HVCB as well as 1800Flowers, TripAdvisor, Vans, and more. He’s been a part of the Unique Influence team for three years and previously designed paid social campaigns for the American Red Cross, American Cancer Society and UNICEF as a strategist with M+R in Washington, DC. Adam understands the human, technological, and creative resources required to bring ongoing social media campaigns to life.
Travis Givens is the digital lead at Unique Influence where he is responsible for overall campaign strategy and execution. Prior to his current role, Travis built out the gaming team by mastering the complex world of mobile app installs on Facebook working with gaming like SEGA, TinyCo, Ludia and more. Prior to Unique Influence, Travis created and executed strategy and managed search rankings for 1,500+ small businesses in the organic and local space at Profit Fuel.
Corey Thibodeau leads sales, channel and partnership development at Unique Influence. He brings 10 years of digital media and 7 years of social media sales and account management experience to the table. His work winning and building business with diverse clients such as Procter & Gamble, L’Oreal, Comcast, JackThreads and PNC Bank has helped him drive strategic growth throughout several social marketing channels. Prior to Unique Influence, Corey worked as the Industry Lead, Finance and Retail at Brand Networks where he successfully led teams and grew accounts within key verticals.
